Restore the Use of the Original Mixed Ingredient Submission Code

Since the "Cosmetic Ingredient Safety Information Registration Platform" and the "Information Service Platform for Registration and Filing of Cosmetics" completed the upgrade, about 200,000 mixed ingredient submission codes became invalid from then on, which has caused widespread concern in the industry.

On the evening of September 14, 2023, things took a turn for the better. The "Information Service Platform for Registration and Filing of Cosmetics" was updated again, which restored the use of the original mixed ingredient submission code (i.e. the submission code starts with "1").

Announcement

After testing, if the formula table contains the submission code of mixed ingredients, the system now can work normally, when the formula table is imported or filled in.

At the same time, mixed ingredient submission codes can also be manually filled in normally, and there will be no more system errors.

The update of the filing system has restored the use of the original mixed ingredient submission code, which is undoubtedly good news for cosmetic registrants, filers, and related enterprises, reducing the difficulty and improving the efficiency of the application.
