Cosmetic Safety Assessment
Before May 1, 2024, cosmetic registrants and filers can submit a simplified version of the product safety assessment report in accordance with the relevant requirements; after May 1, 2024, a full version of the product safety assessment report is required.
Toothpaste Label
The simplified filing toothpaste requires the completion of product label updates as required by July 1, 2024.
